No two people are on the same journey. Which is why I customize my 1:1 Coaching Process completely to you. We explore your relationship with food and work towards increasing your confidence with eating again through mindful eating and intuitive eating principles.
While we are all on different paths, one thing our bodies have in common is their great wisdom. I help you connect to that inner knowing and help take the stress out of eating once and for all! Over time, we will be working on a mindset shift. One that takes you from restriction and deprivation to freedom and trust.

How it works

Apply
In order to provide the highest quality service, I have a limited number of private clients I can take each month.
After you complete the application, you will be invited to book a free 15 minute discovery call.
During the call we will explore your goals and we will decide if working together is a good fit.
Become a client
If you meet the criteria for a coaching client and we are a good fit, I will invite you to join the program.
We will enroll you right away and schedule your very first coaching call while we are on the phone together.
During our first coaching call we will come up with a customized plan to begin working towards your goals.
Consistent accountability
Every two weeks we will hop on a call or zoom to review how you are doing. We will explore what is working well and what you are finding challenging.
Together we will work through the challenges you are facing and modify our plan as needed.
You have me in your corner as your support and sounding board every step of the way.
I have wasted so much time and energy over the years obsessing about food, and I’m finally proud to say that I do not restrict myself from eating any of what I used to have referred to as “bad foods” anymore.

Frequently Asked Questions
Have questions about coaching?
Of course not! I encourage my clients to choose a dietary pattern that allows them to feel their best with intuitive eating. This is different for everyone.
If you want to incorporate more plant-based meals into your diet I can certainly help with that, however it is not mandatory.
If you are concerned about your body weight, it is something that we can discuss working towards. We will dive deep into your current habits, relationship with food and set sustainable goals that may help facilitate weight loss.
Your investment will depend on the length of time we work together. Typically clients invest between $1200 to $2000 over the course of several months.
Because behaviour and mind-set changes take time, I recommend working together for a minimum of three months.
Those who are most successful choose to work with me for a minimum of six months.
